About
Serifrog was born from a simple idea — that great design and handcrafted goods should feel personal, not corporate. Founded in Greece and carried across Brazil, Mozambique and beyond, Serifrog is a one-person creative studio with a big frog personality.
We create original digital products — fonts, graphics and design assets — alongside physical goods like wooden creations and enamel pins. Everything is made with care, intention and a healthy dose of fun.
A dedicated line of thoughtfully crafted designs for Jehovah's Witnesses — created with the same quality and love as everything else, but with your community in mind.

About
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

After completing your purchase you'll receive an email with a download link. The link is valid for 7 days and can be used up to 3 times. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Fonts are delivered in .OTF and .TTF formats. Graphics are delivered in .PNG, .SVG and .PDF where applicable. Each product page lists the exact files included.
Yes! All digital products come with a standard commercial license unless stated otherwise. For extended licensing or large-scale use, please contact us.
Physical orders are shipped from Greece. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–7 days within Europe and 7–21 days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight and chosen shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount — check the checkout page for current thresholds.
We accept returns on unused physical items within 14 days of delivery. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact page with your order number.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Serifrog is a one-person independent creative studio based in Greece. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Serifrog. You can contact us at hello@serifrog.com.
We process your data under the following legal bases: Contract performance (to process orders), Legitimate interest (fraud prevention, site security), and Consent (newsletter, analytics). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Order data is retained for 7 years for accounting/legal purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default).
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email us at hello@serifrog.com.

By accessing or using Serifrog ("the Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
All designs, fonts, graphics, illustrations and content on Serifrog are the intellectual property of Serifrog. Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use that product as described on its product page. You may not redistribute, resell or claim authorship of any Serifrog product.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are listed in EUR (€). Currency conversions are approximate and for display only; actual charges are in EUR.
You agree not to use the Site to: infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Serifrog is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

Most of our physical products are available for bulk orders — including enamel pins, wooden items and printed goods. Select digital products are also available for extended licensing. Get in touch to discuss specifics.

A collab is a limited edition product drop created together with another artist, designer or maker. Each collab is a proper joint spotlight — your name, your story, your links front and centre alongside ours.
Independent creators, illustrators, font designers, woodworkers, pin makers — anyone with a strong creative voice and an audience that would love what we do. We're especially interested in collaborators from Greece, Brazil and Mozambique, but we're open to working with anyone anywhere.
We design and produce the product together. Both parties promote the drop to their audiences. Revenue is shared based on a pre-agreed split. The collab lives in our Collabs section and also within the relevant product categories.
